Flint & Walling Engines, Updated & Corrected • Way back in 2006 — volume 41, number 8, August/September issue of Gas Engine Magazine — I posted an article on Flint & Walling Engines that didn’t answer a lot of questions and may have accidentally added some confusion. Fourteen years later, I hope to rectify that issue.

THE Forgotten King Engine of Southeast Kansas • Although no known engines or photographs of his engines have been found, Ulysses S. King held several patents, printed catalogues, had sketches of his engines in a few newspaper advertisements, and, according to the local papers, made a good quality engine.
